Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi.... am B.Tech discontinued student.i hav attended college upto 2nd year 1st sem nd after that discontinued because i dont have interest to study.so i had asked for college management to return my certificate but they were asking to pay all the fee so that they will return my certificate..i cant pay the fee and i want my certificates back...upto now i had payed 1lakh 40 thousand as fee..how can i get my certificates without payin fee...i left college on 2years back...?

send a letter to college authority for the refund of certificates and wait for reply .
if there reply is no then you have to file a simple complaint to consumer forum with all proof
