Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
dear sir / mam
i have bought a new nokia 5800 express music mobile at cost of 14600rs
but then i found a gap in its case when i talk to the nokia care center peoples they are saying it is common fault and it exist in many mobiles so they cant do anything
it is very wide spread problem and if we search on google with phrase of case gap in nokia 5800 we get about 35 - 50 sites describing this problem
Why should i accept such a defective product when i pay such a big cost for it
I have decided to go in consumer court for replacement of my mobiles as nokia is not responding well
so please tell me does references of these all site describing this problem will help for making a good case agianst them or of not any use
does there is any way that we can legelly force nokia to take back all there defective phones from indian market and replace them

You have a good case and issue a lawyer notice first and then sue in Consumer Fora.
legal notice and then consumer forum else you may file PIL in HIgh court to replace all phones from market.
