can delay be condoned for appeal under consumer protection act when there are no sufficient cause for delay?

sufficient cause for the delay depends upon the facts of the case. One cause may not be sufficient in one case whereas it could be in another. if the court consider a fact as sufficient, the delay can be condoned.
