Re: Deposites in the Lloyds finance limited

First of all verify whether the company has power to gather money from the depositors. If not you may file a Complaint before the competent Police Officer or you may approach the criminal court with along with fresh depositors who have right to file cases and all of you togehter must stand one base.

Else wrote the situation and collecting of monies to the Company reigstrars and Reserve Bank of India.

It cannot compansate your loss but it may stop loss of other fresh depositors.

Re: Deposites in the Lloyds finance limited

your claim is time barred. You may complaint to MRTP Commission and can file Writ petition and can also file recovery suit stating that till the company do not pay the ammount the cause of action acrue on each day and thus suit is within time. But note that all is a matter of chance.
