Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Hi,

I am using two mobile numbers from same service provider since last six months. These two numbers are brought on my name. On 8th May, one of my SIMs was missed and I requested my service provider to bar the connection. It was barred on the same day. Pending Bill of missed Number was asked to pay. I paid it on 28th May. Later a few days, I got a call as we received your payment and do you wish to activate your number. I replied as I am not going to use this number in future so please deactivate it immediately. After one month, I received a call that your due bill is RS.520. I told that I already paid for this number and requested to deactivate it. It was accepted to check with their end. Later on I again got a call pertinent to the same balance bill. Then I received a message that your due bill for this number is Rs.520. please pay it or your current using number is also going to be barred. On 27th Aug other SIM is barred. Please assist and suggest me.

Brief notes on my query:

The paid amount for the bill period of April 1 30

The due bill is to be paid for the period of May 1-8

I didnt receive any legal notice from the service provider regarding another SIM is going to be barred if so due bill of missed number is unpaid.

You should serve a legal notice to your service provider narrating all facts and then file consumer complaint before the distt consumer dispute redressal forum asking for compensation.
