House lease agreement

Can I do a house rental agreement for the period 1-April-2007 till Feb-2007 in a stamp paper purchased in the month of December 2007?

Yes you can do that. But if you are the owner of the Property which is licensed or let out , make sure that you pay proper stamp duty and the agreement is registered.

Yes,the validity of stamp paper is six months from the date of purchase.
