Ask for replacement of new set of the same make failing tereof by the co. file complaint against the dealer and company under consumer law

Firstly make the complaint to company in writing and ask for refund or replacement of hand set and if the company donot give response or positive response or donot cure you your problem then approach the consumer court by way of complaint.In case of need you may contact with details.

your mobile will be covered by warranty so ask for a replacement of the set. If they donot then file a complaint in consumer court

your mobile must have been covered under company's warranty. You can certainly request company to arrange repair of cellphone to your satisfaction or provide another one under the said warranty. In case of failure of the company to honour the commottment you can send legal notice through advocate.In case of failure of the company to respond the legal notice,you can file a complaint in consumer court demanding all the expenses including compensation for mental tension faced by you.Please contact me at baroda on 9426334688 if you need any legal assistance.

well in this case your handset must be under warranty so ask for a replacement carrying alongwith all the bills and required documents. as far nokia company gives you one year warranty. and if you do not get any response file a complaint against the mobile dealer under consumer protection act
