Dear Sir / Madam,

Please refer to rules and byelaws of the Tamil Nadu State Co-operative Societies Act and provisions thereof for compliance. The Chief Promoter is required to comply with the laid down provisions, failing which you have a redressal recourse mechanism to the Registrar and the Federation through the Secretary of your Society, to whom any of the following disputes are referred for resolution :

a) Non compliance of the terms and conditions of the agreement by and between the Builder/Developer;

b) Substandard construction;

c) Escalation of construction cost &;

d) Conveyance.

Please keep me posted of further developments at [email protected]
