Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
sir, i couldn't make out the meaning of the following point.please explain it to me in simple english.
Any delay tolerated or indulgence shown by the promotors in enforcing the terms of this agreement or any forbearance or giving of time to the purchaser by the promotors shall not be constructed as a wavier on the part of the promotors of any breach or non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement by the purchaser nor shall the same in any manner prejudice the right of the promotors.

this says that normal delay does not lay any liability on the promoters.
