Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
sir,
i live in a co-op society where i have been feeding variety of birds every morning since last few years and the birds have been able to trust me and come at the same spot where i feed them at the particular time .now a new committee has come in our society which is taking objection to my humble cause and want me to stop ,it takes only 5 mins for these 70/80 birds to finish up and clean the ground .is the society correct to stop me as
1) iam not creating any nuisance or littering the place
2) there has been no objection till date from an member
i am ready to accept the notice and challenge their decisions in the court ,am i correct or should i take my birds to some other spot
