Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
A soap having wt.= 50 gms costs Rs. 7/- . Then after a few months the same soap now has a decleration i.e Wt= 45gms 5gms free and costs Rs. 7/-. Is there a case law where it states the violation of the MRTP Act and / or Consumer Protection Act and / or the Prevention of Food adulteration Act, 1954?

Manufacture unless otherwise regulated any act of law has freedom to fix his price?
consumer court cannot try the matter or be a subject of any dispute,however any
price tag or revision price by additional level is forbidden.
