Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
my society disregardes letters sent to the Hon.Secretary.my ledger statement has been refused to be sent to me.statement of accounts for my flat towards contribution of major repairs has also been refused at the AGM. copies of Minutes of previous AGMs (08,09 also 2010) have not been circulated to members.i need legal advice and help.

you can issue a legal notice thru a lawyer to the Managing Committee with CC to Registrar.
