In a society if the Parking slots are lesser than the cars and if the car belong to the residents as per the category below, what should be the preference of allotment as per law / by-law.\n1) Car owned by the member.\n2) Car owned by associate member\n3) Car owned by family member who is not a member or associate member ( i.e. wife, husband,father,mother sister,son)residing along with the member/associate member\n4) 2nd Car owned by member\n5) 2nd Car owned by associate member.\n6) Car owned by a tenant of a member.\n7) Car given to member or associate member by his company in his/her name.\n8) Car owned by a relative of a member who is not residing in the society ( eg. married daughter or sister)\n

The society may better take a decision in the AGM; pending AGM, the Managing Committee may take a decision.
