Stilt Parking rights to Leave & Licencee

If i own a flat and a parking, both are purchased stamped and registered weather society have power disallow my licencee to park his vehicle in my own register stilt parking?

The matter has to be resolved by the details contract

and user agreement entered into the both parties.

The answer lies within the agreement clause.

There should not be any problem with the society; your licencee should step into your shoes and be entitled to such rights as are available to you.

Not at all.If you have taken prior permission from the society to sub-let your flat as per byelaws,society will not interfere.
