Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am from Tamil Nadu, India. I have an amount of 2 lakhs in my bank account. My guaranteer not paid his personal loan amount in their another branch. Hence they "set hold" my amount without any intimation and my knowledge. I couldn't handle my amount. In a written requisition my Guaranteer accepted to repay his loan after getting arrear from Government. His office farwarded his letter to the bank. However the bank denied to make free hold my amount.

You need to get an order from the court for vacation of attachment of account.
