Bounced check for delayed payment of credit card
Hi.Can any one help me to know what happens if a check bounces when given to an international bankfor delayed credit card payment and is there any way to avoid unbailable warrant if issued by this act..Please advice really very urgent...

If you make the payment even at this stage, i.e. after bouncing of check, no further action may be taken by the concerned Bank.
Therefore, to avoid any litigation/legal action, you may settle the account immediately.

make the payment to the bank and take receipt of the payment of the due amount. get written as full and final settlement.
