Is charge and copy of FIR is right of accused FROM police ?

i answered this question earlier. once the charge sheet is filed then accused is entitled to free copy of charge sheet including FIR.

Recently Delhi High court has held that even if charge sheet has not been filed, then also the accused is entitled to a copy of FIR.
