If I unable to Pay the full payment of my credit card what is the rule for the defaulter ?

The property of a defaulter may be attached; if a recovery/money decree is obtained by the credit card company, they may also seek its execution by warrant of arrest and the court may order civil imprisonment of the defaulter. However, the jail term will not exonerate the defaulter from his payment liability.
