Delay in possession
i hv bought a flat under construction in andheri and agreement was done in 2005. I was told that i will be getting possession by March 2006 though there is no mention of any ossession date in the agreement. Till date i hv not recevied my possession. Everytime we go to the builder he has some or the other story for the delay. The building is of 4 wings. 2 wings already done
and possession given and mine is the 3rd wing. there were some issues becos of Mithi river. But seems it has been sorted out otherwise builder wud have not given the possession for 2 other wings. I hv paid entire money. Now what shud i do?

You may contact a local lawyer and you can file civil as well as criminal complaint against him.
