Hi,
How do I file for bankruptcy in India?
I have a few loans that I had taken when I was doing well however over the past one year I have not worked and have no income so I find it very hard to make ends meet leave alone pay the loans and hence I would like to know how to file for bankruptcy...thanking you for your help.

Contact a lawyer in your area (it seems you are from Mumbai/Thane), he shall file Insolvency Petition for you.
