hi,i have old credit card balance which i dint make the payment as the debt colectors thretened me over the pheone inspite of me repeatedly telling that i will make the payment and explained my situation.noe after two years the are threatening me over pheone and asking me to pay the amount with interest.

You have to consult lawyer with full details of amount borrowed, amount repaid etc and then issue a lawyer notice followed by a case.
