Hi,\nI gave one lakh rupees to one of my frineds.So he kept his land documents and 10000/- signed promissory note.The land documents belongs to his father.Now he refused to pay the money.Pl suggest me what should i do to recover my money?\n

Let us know whether his father has signed any document prior to depositing of title deed of land. If not, then file a suit for recovery before the competent authority.
