we have a house in coimbatore, and i have one younger married sister . in 2006 my sister and her husband both are took my father house document xerox without his knowledge and put him signe to the bank for loan them company, but they did not maintain the loan amount, bank had taken nessary action through couart, then only we knew the matter year of 2007, then we are running the case through lawer, and our state ment to couart, but the case finaly against to us,because bank also some made forgery, but still original document is there in our home , what we will do
