Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have lost my job 1 year back and as of to day have 3 lakhs Personal loan and2 lakhs credit card dues.I am a pauper with no money to even go out of house .I cant even file an IP as advocates are demanding Rs.30000 to 40000 for the same.The pressure from debt colllection managers of the bank is so much that i have become a hypertension patient i dont have money to go to doctor.I stay in a rented house.My family is being run by friends and relatives for the barest min expenses. -- a pathetic suicidal situation till such time i get a job.Pl advice me a legal solution and also let law guru help me by referring a suitable lawyer in chennai who will help on humanitarian ground so that I can pay his fees once i get employed I am 57 years old.PLease help!!!
