Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Non-Payment of bills raised.
How to recover the payment from a Pvt. Ltd. Company to whom we have supplied materials almost 8-months back. We have proper proof of Dispatch i.e. LR. Copy but do not have any aknowledgement of bills raised. Our outstanding is 2.5 lacs.
Kindly advise.

if you have dispatched the material then u must get the money
even if that has not been acknowledged you can claim the money

You may file recovery case in civil court.In case of need,contact with details.
