Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have Received a Cheque of Rs 1 lac from one of my Client and the Cehque Bounced twice stating Insufficient Fund.I have been Speaking with the from the last 45 days on the same ... they had been Promising that they will give me the cash and they will take back the cheque and asked me time after time ... and this is how it Got Delayed for 45 days from the Cheque that Bounced. Now , I want to know as What are the Legal action I can take in order to Teach them a Lesson. They Seemed not Interested in Talking to me these days as well. I m being ignored from them. They are not receiving my calls either. What Can I do .. Can you Please help me Step wise so that I can Drag them and Get my Payments
