What happens if the summon to appear in court for personal loan default ,goes un-noticed if
1:) Letter received , and the borrower decides to skip the court
2) If letter goes un noticed , as the house was locked, for which the borrower could not know the date and time.

in case the letter received and the borrower skips the court date, ex parte orders may be passed and if the house locked, the summons are sent again.
