Make a complaint to Police of threat etc against collection agent. The Bank could have filed a suit for recovery within 3 years of cause of action and according to you the dues are pending since 7 years . Do not give anything in writing about the dues now. The bank cannot recover anything from you now after 7 years .

as you in singpore, hire a lawyer in india and he would send a legal notice to the bank and its recovery agents and if need be, proper legal actions may be instituted against the bank.

it is you who is saying its 7 years but it has to be legally proved so. it may be so that the bank initiated the action within 3 years but as you were in singapore, you did not attend the hearing.
