Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

if I do the transaction from a relatives' credit card in foreign currency for a small amount to pay to the university & repay back the amount through cheque after billing to the relative what document is mandatory to be given to the credit card holder.
will that credit card holder will face any inquiry in future

AS such credit card companies do not enquire such details. They want their money on time.

If, you want to give any document (due to the reason not mention here)

Internet slip of he transaction

Online slip or if you have received it in your email.

Write a small letter that you have used it for such and such purpose and returned the money .Sign it.
