Unable to pay Credit Card Dues

Hello, I own a Credit Card of Barclay Bank which has a credit litmit of 30,000 which I have used to fullest & now I had a seviour financial crices & I am unable to pay the credit card dues to the bank...Plz guide me what action Bank can take against me...

they will take their actions but u need to do ur bit to save urself.

u can save a lot out of it so take legal help..

The Bank will send you the representatives from the Collection Department and serve you with a legal notice.

In my opinion you should contact the Bank personnal and try to sort out the dues in installments & yes it is possible or if you dont settle the amount then you may face a legal action which can cost you more.
