Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am a 30 yrs i have been implecated falsely by my wife u/s 498a and my father u/s 354, the fir has been supported by in laws stating demand for dowry and my father tied to hold her hand in my absence, in fir my wife has given statment of her company which is a semi govt. and her working hrs, now she filed dv 2005 and 125 crpc for maintenance 25k per month, on this does i need to prove that she can able to maintain herself by working. marriage period is of 2 months only, pls guide.

You have to prove that she is employed and is earning a good income to maintain herself . If you can prove the same you don't have to pay maintenance.

if she has good income then she can not claim maintenance & file quashing of F.I.R in High Court
