The Accused was out on bail and the trial is on. He has been declared absconder and probably a non bailable warrant is issued. The accused is suffering from brain tumor and brain cancer. He has been operated in Govt. Hospital and undergoing cancer treatment in Govt. Hospital also he is blinded by tumor and cannot walk. Can he seek relief from the court

surely with these background, his warrants could be cancelled. He may apply, even in absentia, for cancellation of warrants. Once warrants are cancelled, he may seek exemption through counsel and contest the case.
