Amendment of Written Statement

Sir, I have filed Written Statement in Maintenance case U/s. 125 Cr. P. C pending in the Court, but to due oversight there is some mistake which I want to rectify and no interim order is passed , please help me

make an application for amendment of WS with an affidavit swearing to the facts and reasons.

in cr.p.c there is no provision for making ammendment,but you can bring mistake in the knowledge of the court and can ask permission for rectification.

you can file petetion for ammendment.mostly court will allow.

need not to worry. move an appropriate application for change of the fact and that will be allowed
