Re: Re : Bail

In the State of UP, there is not provision of Anticipatory Bail.

In you can approach High Court in Writ Jurisdiction and obtain an order of stay on arrest. Else, you need to be in custody for bail from regular court.

Re: Re : Bail

Sir,

You should engage a local lawyer of Lucknow. Now mean you should obtain transit bail from the court, the place where u reside. So that mean while you approach the court at lucknow for Bail, you may not be arrasted.

There is also one thing, which depends on facts of your case, for transfer of case to the place of your residence. But for that the facts of your csae has be perused.

Feel free to contact.
