Case in Faridabad court with the sec 420 and 120B, accused accept his crime in written and complainant has no objection with the person which he gave in written also, Lower court Judge has power to finish the case after settlement done between Complainant and accused ????

u have to take your case back in other words have to compound the offence
and in court take an undertaking from the accused for the settlement

If offence/s is/are compoundable, then trial court can compound the same by following procedure prescribed by section 320 Cr.P.C.
