There are a case under IPC 279, 304 A is running against me. In 1992 my bel have jumped. Since 1992, I have not presented in court. In 1994 , court have declear me as epsconded. A standing warrant have been issued. But, I yet not received any warrant at my residance. Now, I want to surrender in court. But not ready to face JC/PC. Are there any posibilities that I can get my case in belaable or any sitation / ruling in that lower court have taken bel for this kind of long period with same type of cases. Or any other relief , I can get. 70 - 3 or any other ruling ???

since both sections are bailable you can simply file petition in sessions court as revision application or under section 482 of cr.p.c. in high court. you have not mentioned your state. other wise more effective advice can be given
