Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A case of 138 N.I. Act was filed against me for the cheque which is already cleared from my account. Can I file a case for DEFAMATION (Maanhaani) against that person since the police has come to my residence and was asking to my neighbors?

how can anyone proceed when the cheque has been cleared u/s 138 N.I act . Your question is not correct.
