If there is a case against a person and he is in another country then how to bring him back to india

in case the country has extradition treaty with India, he may be brought to india through MEA. you have not mentioned about the offence and case in detail.

Extradition is the only method through which you can request the indian govt to extradite him to India but the country in which the accused is living has to be a signatory with India for Extradition.
