Case relating to 138 of N.I.Act

I want similar case relating to:

1.Income proof of complainant asked by accused is not required by any High Court or Supreme Court?

2. Is there any provision under this law the income of the complainant is to be shown ?

3. The amount is of 18 lakhs and the accused has taken by way of cheque and cash.

The complainanat has to prove only valid 'consideration' in lieu of the cheque issued by the accused. He does not have to prove his income which has no relevancy with the cheque issued by him.

i think u r unnecessarily bothering urself . If u establish that cheque was given for legally enforceable consideration your burden is no more to prove the case
