I invested rs.40,000/- in Adventure Country Resorts Limited, Mumbai on 31-07-1998

Total 400 Shares Invested on 31-07-1998 , Maturity Date : 02-08-2001

Their office address was :

Prabhuta , 21, Hughes Road, Mumbai 400 07

3 Rashid Mansion, Behind Samudra Mahal , Worli , Mumbai 18

Certificate Nos. 1953A to 1972A , 1973A to 1992A - Total 400 Shares

Company also enclosed adventure country resorts coupons

All papers signed by company director Mr. Vijay Dholakia

I wrote many letters all in vain not a single reply received.

Also contacted on phone but no reply/not existing.

Also the registered complain has been filed , registered and submitted to: The High Court of Judicature at Mumbai on 14-06-2002

Please help me i have invested my earned money, I have left with no option, please guide me.

dear sir,

since you had already filed complaint so the law will take its own course.you can also file complaint in consumer forum complaining delay in payment and that will be a speedy trial and further you can also file complaint under MRTP ACT.
