conspiracy---liability

there is apolice case against A charges not framed. as per police report 120b,420,467,468,471 are the charges ifind in a judgement that accused is not liable for offences done by other accused in pursuance of conspiracy. principle of agencv not applicable. he is liable for conspiracy and for acts comitted by him alone inthe present case as per records A ,has not forged,and he has not used document for cheating only charge then will be 120b is ihis charge alone will stand?

The Offence of 120-B is applicable alongwith some other offence. If 120-B is not established, then the role of each person is to be examined.

You should carefully present your case at the time of framing of charge.
