Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Counter cases for 498A

I got married in 2003;me and the so called wife lived together only for about short span as she was not interested in this marriage and her father forced her to accept it. later she told me that and accepted that the way she was behaving with me is because she is not interested in this marriage and her father forced her, hence i have asked her to speak to her parents and go away from my life if you are not interested and i donot want any mess in my life. then she changed her language and started to behave as if i am not interested to be with her and am trying to get rid of her e.t.c with lot of alligation which are planned by her mother (who is the actual culprit) and her father (who is a kind of chakka / girlish guy). her father started threatning me and my parent with allegations, he also came home one night with few idiots threatning to kill me if i donot accept their demands. All my efforts to prove she and her parents are liying failed i filed a divorce case. On seeing the notice from court they went a head and filled a false 498A and maintenance on me and my family.police threatened me and asked me to accept their demands, but denied to accept their demands.let me know what are the counter cases to file against them

You need to consult your lawyer with all the documents and information.

Certain facts or series of facts may give you cause of action to initiate either civil or criminal or both proceedings. However, same is possible on proper study of the matter.
