Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Criminal assault trespass,extortion intimidation
I was constructing a boundary on existing wall in area in our possession long since 30 years during my father'slifetime.Suddenly my cousin staying in an adjacent plot stated abusing with vulgar language and arrested repair of wall demanding some/part land from the area.Our entire property is in Civil suit for which preliminary decree is in our favour but the cousin has appealed in High court.They possesses most of 90% of suit property thrugh intimidation and extortion frommy father's possession.I filed complaint with police who did not do anything stating that when Civil suit is there he can' do anything.He did not give acknowledgement to my complaint that i had gone with in duplicates or registered the FIR except orally gave the diary no.I filed an ICC complaint with SDJM u/s Assult,intimidation etc..However SDJM did not take cognizance rather asked police report u/s 210 Cr.PC and its pending?what to do?My boundary wall requires immediate construction for safety.My cousin a local politician,pseudo lawyer and he attempts to manipulate police.I have reported the matter to the SP also.I apprehend my personal safety?But no out come.what to do and how to do?I stay 1200 kms away working in a CPSU.
