Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can we keep Criminal case on persons who manhandled in a construction site causing injuries to owners involving womens with a complain registered in local police station ?
For how many years they can be kept in jail and fined ?

If an offence has been committed, then a complaint to police or court can be made.
Quantum of sentence depends on several factors and there is no formula therefor. Law only prescribed maximum sentence for most of the offences.
