Re: criminal rivision

the revision may be restored in case dismissed due to non prosecution. in that case, a notice would be sent to you. you may also file a caveat in the court of district judge

Re: criminal rivision

It is not possible to answer your querry in the absence of certain details. Like who filed it, what was the matter about, where it is pending, what were the circumstances leading to its dismissal and how you are connected with it. Plz furnish these details. How ever going by the principals of Natural justice any person, who is likely to be affected by the outcome of any judicial proceedings, must have notice of it.

Re: criminal rivision

What do u mean by restored? Was the revision dismissed for default or it was dismissed on merits?

You answer could be prescisely answered only after knowing the full facts.

But even though if the revision is Dismissed for Default, then it can be restored, and in that case of restoration, you are entitled to be served with notice and no order could be passed behind your back
