Crying Out In Despair!!

Dear Sir,

For years I'm languising helplessly as an innocent victim of severe mind control and psychotronic torture(that amounts to psycho-terrorism) that is invalidating and incapacitating me slowly.

I would liek to charge these monstrous devils with the following charges.Would you please tell me about the sections of law under which I can file cases?

The charges against them are:

1.Criminal conspiracy and criminal public instigation of the worst kind.

2.Criminal character assassination, defamation and criminal denigration of the worst kind.

3.Illegal possession & indiscriminate use of the of the most dangerous electro-magnetic weapons of the world.

4.Extreme senseless psycho-terrorism that results in severest of psychological torture (aiming at making insane) and very damaging physiological torture aiming at local atrophy of body parts/death.

5.Gross misuse and abuse of power by influential and devils.

6.Brutal merciless mental cruelty and oppression.

7.Draconian violation of Human rights.

8.Criminal violation of fundamental rights.

9.Severe intrusion of privacy through absolutely illegal, immoral and unethical means.
