What does curative petition means please answer in detail ? Is this petition can only be filed after review petition has been filed ? does it mean that its a plea or prayer to judges to correct or cure their previous judgement ? Is Kasab eligible to file this ? I have read in newspaper that there are three options for him one is to file review petition secondly to file curative petition & thirdly to file pardon plea to president so what I want to know is majorly about curative petition and conditions when it can be filed & on what grounds one can file curative petition and what are the grounds one cant file this curative petition ?
