dacoity

During dacoity the person is minor injured and some criminals are not caught by police or they ran away with fear

Is it possible to get bail for those who are caught and who are not caught.

what punshiment is given if incase the robbed money is returned to the concerned person.

Yes, it is possible for the caught persons to get bail. Uncaught persons may apply for anticapatory bail.

Court might consider linient punishment if amount returned but charge will be same as "dacoity".

By returning the booty of dacoity it would be confirm the commission of crime and will leave no scope of trial and the same will definitly subject to punishment,so,return of booty is not the solution.Bail can be managed from court by way of bail application and anticipatory bail for uncaught accused.Details are required to be examined to give any opinion on the subject matter.Contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

The caught persons can get a bail. BAIL IS A RULE AND JAIL IS AN EXCEPTION. But it depands on the court and degree of crime but the the charges will pressed as same as dacoity.

Dacoity is serious offence with heavy punishments. Bail is not easy.
