Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

dear dir,

Thsi question is related to CrPc. There is about a criminal case in progress in a lower court regarding criminal matters under Sec 498 and 304B i.e dowry related crimes.

The wonam had filed a case against husband and inlaws including her Brother -in- law (Jeeja) ten years back, arguemants, counter arguements have nnot taken place yet. Husband has been declared a P.O ( Proclaimed offneder) and is in U.S presently. Now it has been learnt by the defendants / Respondents that thw woman is in contsnt touch with her husband vis telephone. Can the respondent party move an aplication in the same trial accusing the woman( complainanat) of Collusion as she is in constant touch with the prime accused who is absconding.

KIndly suggest the legal remedy..
