Dear sir,

I have filed 494ipc,498 a on my husband and his relatives.

now the second wife of my husband is pragnant.Thay have done a marriage in temple within tamilnadu without registration.

For conviction of 494 ipc

1.Dna test of that child is sufficient for coviction.

2.is saptapadi,kanyadana is required for conviction or dna test is enough.

For conviction of 498a

1.evidence- person of my relative is enough

you will have to prove that the second marriage was done in accordance with hindu rites and ceremonies including saptapadi. in case you are not able to establish the second marriage, even if the other woman is pregnant, you cannot convict your husband. regarding 498a, you have not divulged sufficient information.
